I am Sougat Dhar, a contemporary pop artist from Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India, working across acrylic on canvas, digital art and clay modeling. My practice explores the intricate relationship between nature, emotion and human connection, blending elements of realism and symbolism to create a distinctly modern visual language.

Though my journey began with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, my enduring passion for art led me to pursue it full-time. Over the years, I have developed a unique style that merges digital experimentation with traditional techniques, allowing my work to exist at the intersection of technology and emotion.

My art has been showcased internationally, including solo exhibitions in Göttingen, Germany (2022, 2023, 2024) and a group exhibition with Artemida in Milan, Italy (2024).

Beyond my personal artistic journey, I aspire to build a network of art galleries dedicated to empowering emerging artists creating spaces that nurture creativity, provide visibility and foster meaningful connections.
